Sound weird? It is a blessing. It’s the same size as a lip balm tube. The inhaler is 3 parts, the tube, cotton wick where I place the essential oils and the cover.
You simply unscrew the cover, insert the inhaler in one nostril, close your other nostril with your finger and inhale slowly and deeply. Hold for a moment and slowly exhale. Repeat on the other side.
Nasal inhalers can work on helping you with a multitude of conditions. These are made to order, so if you have a condition you would like help with, just ask me and I’d be happy to research and put a blend together for you. Just send us a message!
When you breathe in essential oils, they start working right away to combat your problem. The best way to use your inhaler is whenever you can, as a preventative measure. You’ll notice your symptoms don’t creep up. If you find you forgot to use it and are all of a sudden in full blown discomfort, use your inhaler every 5-10 minutes until the condition is relieved. Then go back to using it several times throughout the day as a preventative measure.
Stop using it if you start to get a headache. These inhalers work great in combination with our Linen Sprays.
The kids blends are for Kids (Ages 5-12). Some inhalers have the same ingredients, but smaller amounts of essential oils. Others have different ingredients and will be noted accordingly.
